Since autumn 2025, wellbeing services county of Satakunta in Finland (Satakunnan hyvinvointialue) has been using Gosta Labs’ AI operating system in child welfare aftercare, and the results have been overwhelmingly positive.
Gosta has supported social workers and counsellors by structuring and documenting client meetings in real time, turning conversations into high-quality notes and freeing up time and headspace for what matters most: meeting and supporting clients.
Jenny Surigins, an aftercare social worker, comments:
