ESPOO, Finland, 21.10.2026 – Gosta Labs, the Finnish healthtech company building an AI operating system for specialty care, has appointed Adina Symreng to its Board of Directors. Adina has served on the company’s Advisory Board since November 2025 and now takes a board role as Gosta Labs expands across Europe and the US.
Adina is a Partner and core member of the Health Care and Principal Investors & Private Equity practices at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). An expert in healthcare strategy, health tech, and large-scale transformation, she has extensive experience supporting organizations across Europe, the US, and the Middle East.
Adina is a licensed medical doctor and holds a PhD in Clinical Epidemiology from Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm. She first joined BCG in 2013, then moved to the medtech company Elekta, where she most recently served as Global Head of Corporate Strategy, before rejoining BCG in 2020. Her experience spans both consulting and industry, from strategy work for health systems to evolving a global medtech business from the inside.
