Gosta Labs and Terveystalo are deepening their partnership by bringing the Gosta AI assistant more widely into Digialusta, the digital platform Terveystalo provides to Finland's wellbeing services counties. Since October 2024, Gosta has supported the documentation of chat consultations on Digialusta. Gosta's AI-assisted documentation support can now also be used in other remote contacts, such as remote appointments and phone calls.
Digialusta is a platform Terveystalo has developed for wellbeing services counties for chat and video appointments and other remote services. It aims to improve the productivity of social and healthcare service delivery, give patients more self-service options, automate professionals' manual processes and ensure continuity of care for more than one million people in Finland. Gosta is a CE-marked Class I medical device developed by the Finnish company Gosta Labs. Thousands of social and healthcare professionals use it in appointments across Finland.
With the expanded collaboration, Gosta's AI-assisted documentation support can be brought to more healthcare professionals in the platform's remote appointments, such as video appointments. Healthcare professionals who already use Gosta report that the time they spend on documentation has fallen by 75 percent. 82 percent say documentation has also become easier.

Gosta and all of its features are available as a separate module to any wellbeing services county using Terveystalo's Digialusta, now or in the future. Deployments are agreed with each organisation individually.
