Gosta Labs has appointed Reetta Arokoski as COO to lead global operations and drive seamless, high-quality implementations worldwide.

Gosta Labs, developer of a pioneer AI operating system for healthcare professionals, is delighted to announce that Reetta Arokoski, M.Sc. (Tech), has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, Reetta leads the company’s global operations, ensuring that implementations of Gosta AI Operating System across healthcare systems worldwide are seamless, high-quality, and deeply customer-centric.
Reetta joins Gosta Labs after more than seven years at Elekta, a global leader in medical devices and software for cancer care, where she successfully scaled the customer operations for a machine-learning-driven Class IIa medical device to more than 35 countries. To Gosta Labs, Reetta brings her expertise on establishing processes and partnerships needed to deliver reliable and impactful digital solutions in healthcare settings worldwide.
With her engineering background and years of experience working with clinical staff, she is passionate about making technology serve people – ensuring that every medical device and digital tool is developed with its users at the center.
