Zurich, Switzerland - Gosta Labs has appointed Sascha Wischek as Strategic Advisor to support its next phase of growth, following the successful completion of its EUR 7.5 million seed round. The company is now entering a scale up phase focused on expanding its oncology platform, advancing deep clinical use cases, and driving international expansion.

With more than twenty years of experience across healthcare, digital transformation, and technology driven business models, Sascha brings a unique combination of strategic and operational expertise. As Senior Director at PwC Switzerland, he advises hospitals, payers, pharma, and medtech companies on large scale transformation initiatives across strategy, operating models, and platform architectures. He leads Medtech and AI Healthcare transformation and is a member of the leadership team.

Sascha has held senior leadership roles across the healthcare sector and brings hands-on executive experience, including serving as interim CIO at a Swiss cantonal hospital during a critical transformation phase. He is also the founder and former CEO of Fjuul, a digital health and analytics platform that successfully expanded across DACH and the Nordics.

At Gosta Labs, Sascha will work closely with the leadership team to shape the company’s strategic direction and technology roadmap as Gosta Labs evolves from early validation to broader deployment. He will support the translation of product innovation into scalable and real world solutions, ensuring alignment between clinical value, technology, and market needs.

“Gosta Labs is tackling one of the most critical challenges in oncology with a clear focus on real world impact,” said Sascha Wischek. “What differentiates the company is its commitment to deep and vertical AI solutions that support the most complex multidisciplinary workflows like oncology end to end. There is a strong opportunity to scale this approach internationally while maintaining clinical relevance and measurable outcomes.”

This appointment strengthens Gosta Labs’ strategic capabilities at a defining moment and reinforces its ambition to build clinically grounded and AI driven solutions that deliver sustainable value for healthcare systems, professionals, and patients worldwide.
