Gosta Labs has successfully closed a €4 million Seed funding round to fast-track product development, strengthen partnerships with leading healthcare providers, and expand internationally with its oncology operating system.

The round was led by COR Group and the Aho family, with participation from existing owners and new investors, including Reaktor and a distinguished group of super angels: Dr. Lionel Hadjadjeba, Dr. Johanna Småros, Marianne Vikkula, Michael Falck, Aleksi Taipale, and Ari and Antti Tolppanen.

This latest funding follows a €1.7 million pre-seed round in 2024, bringing Gosta Labs’ total capital raised to nearly €6 million to date.

“We are deeply grateful to our lead investors COR Group and the Aho family, as well as to our existing owners and new backers”, says Lauri Sippola, Co-founder and CEO of Gosta Labs. “This group brings together an exceptional mix of healthcare expertise from COR Group, digital and AI-first competence from Reaktor, and international scale-up experience from global leaders like Elekta, Wolt, and Relex. Together, we are building Gosta Labs into the world’s leading healthcare AI company: solving unmet medical needs and serving healthcare systems worldwide.”

“We have been truly impressed by Gosta’s pace of customer adoption and their progress in building a medical device-grade AI product. As a physician, I am also encouraged by the team’s exceptional international capabilities and deep understanding of healthcare AI, “ comments Dr. Olli Karhi, MD, Founder of COR Group and Chairman of the Board at Gosta Labs since 2024.

Strong market traction

Gosta Labs is already trusted by leading healthcare enterprises across Finland, Switzerland, the Baltics, and, most recently, Australia. Its public customer references include some of the largest providers in Finland, such as Aava, Coronaria, and Terveystalo, as well as several public wellbeing districts, including the wellbeing services county of Western Uusimaa (LUVN) and the wellbeing services county of Southwest Finland (Varha).

"Reaktor is proud of the cooperation as an investor and partner for Gosta Labs. We consider that Gosta Labs' focused product strategy and offering is strong and the partnership aligns with Reaktor’s broader vision in digital health, enabling us to accelerate growth and deliver greater impact", says Pekka Horo, CEO of Reaktor.
