Adina Symreng joins Gosta Labs’ Advisory Board, bringing deep expertise in healthcare strategy and transformation to support the company’s mission of redefining healthcare with artificial intelligence.

Gosta Labs, the Finnish healthtech company building the world’s leading AI operating system for healthcare, is proud to welcome Adina Symreng as a new member of its Advisory Board. Her appointment reflects Gosta Labs’ continued commitment to developing medical-grade AI solutions that enable healthcare professionals to deliver faster, more precise, and more scalable care for patients everywhere.
Adina is a Partner and core member of the Health Care and Principal Investors & Private Equity practices at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) An expert in healthcare strategy, health tech, and large-scale transformation, she has extensive experience supporting organizations across Europe, the US, and the Middle East in navigating complex healthcare challenges.
Adina holds an MD and a PhD in Clinical Epidemiology from the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm. Having originally joined BCG in 2013, Adina went on to serve at the global medtech leader Elekta, most recently as Global Head of Corporate Strategy, before rejoining BCG in 2020. Her combined experience in consulting and industry gives her a unique perspective on how data, strategy, and technology can work together to drive meaningful innovation in healthcare.
